Source Naturals Acidophilus is a specially cultured strain of viable, freeze-dried Lactobacillus acidophilus. The body relies on friendly flora residing in the intestines for internal protection against putrefactive yeasts and bacteria, which can secrete toxins and hoard vital nutrients.
