Directions Rinse and soak sponge until it becomes soft. Gently massage body. Rinse after use, then squeeze out water and air dry. Sanitize sponge by placing in a bowl of water and microwave it in a normal setting for 130 minute. Sanitization is recommended once every two weeks. The sponge should last up to 3 months but once it starts to break you can compost and replace it.
