Folate is essential for healthy fetal neural development and is provided in this formula as Metafolin, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), the naturally occurring universally metabolized form of folate. The B12 in this formula is provided as methylcobalamin, the most bioavailable form of this vitamin.
Suggested Usage: take 1 to 2 capsules per day, in divided doses, with meals
