Directions Application Topical Add 2-3 drops to 1/2 tsp. carrier oil Olive, Jojoba, Argan, etc. and massage onto inner aroms or soles of the feet. Inhalation Add 1-3 drops to a tissue, hold near nose and breathe deeply for 30 seconds. Massage Oil Add 12 drops to 1 oz. carrier oil to create your own body massage oil. Bath Stir 5-10 drops into a full bath just before entering. Spray Mist Add 10 drops per every 1 oz. water in a spray bottle. Shake before each use. Diffuser Follow your diffuser directions.
