Suggested Use As a dietary supplement Take one tablet before or with milk or milk products. Each tablet will provide suitable enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of 8 oz. milk or similar quantities of yogurt, cheese, buttermilk, kefir, cottage cheese, ice cream, etc. Under certain conditions, or with certain people, two tablets may be necessary, but this would be rare.
