Do not exceed directed amount. Each tablet contains 46 mg of caffeine, which is approximately equal to half a cup of coffee. Suggested Usage: 1 to 2 tablets in the morning 1/2 hour before breakfast, and one tablet 1/2 hour before lunch. Use in conjunction with the Diet-Phen Weight Loss Plan(TM). Do not take before bedtime.
