Produced and bottled in the U.S., our Solspring Organic Blueberry Vinegar is exclusively made from scratch by extracting the juice directly from crushed organic blueberries that are wild grown making it a true fruit vinegar.
While other fruit vinegars infuse the flavor of the fruit into a wine vinegar or cider vinegar, we utilize a traditional fermentation process to help preserve its aroma and flavor while removing the sugar.
Trained and mentored in an Austrian vinegar-making school, our partner uses a traditional European process that dates back to the 1800s when making true fruit vinegar.
The end result is a raw, unpasteurized Organic Blueberry Vinegar with a tart, full-bodied flavor and the mother still intact. Only present in raw, unfiltered organic vinegars, the mother appears as dark, strand-like chains of cloudy, enzyme rich probiotic bacteria.
With zero grams of sugar per serving, our Organic Blueberry Vinegar is enjoyable as a dressing for fruit salads, vegetables and other culinary dishes. It can also be used as an added ingredient in sauces or as a marinade for meats.
