Directions Dry Body Brush Before getting in the bath, gently brush the dry body brush all over your body using long, upward stockes. Start with your legs, then mid-sections, then arms, always brushing in an upward motion. Dual Cleansing Pad Once in the bath, use the dual cleansing pad to cleanse your whole body. Soften the natural loofah side with water and gently exfoliate the skin. Add your favorite body wash to the recycled netting side and massage over entire body. Peppermint Bubble Bath While the water is running in your bathtub, pour some of the peppermint bubble bath into the warer for a refreshing spa experience.
