Bring water to boil and let it stand for one minute. The water temperature should be between 165-170 degrees. Then pour over Rooibos leaves using a fine mesh infuser about 1 tsp. per 8-12oz. . Steep five to eight minutes. Remove the leaves from the tea before drinking. This will stop the leaves from steeping, allowing you to use them again.
