REISHI (Ganoderma lingzhi), also known as the "Mushroom of Immortality" has been used in Chinese Medicine for at least 2,000 years and has been documented in some of the earliest pharmacopoeia texts in Asia.* Reishi was traditionally used as a tonic to strengthen vital energy or "Qi", and was thought to help support balance and inner strength.* Valued as a potent adaptogen in modern herbalism, reishi may help the body adapt to stress, and supports the maintenance of a healthy immune system.*
