Suggested Usage: Shake well. Take 1.25 mL (1/4 tsp) spread throughout the day. If you have a sensitive stomach, start with a half serving. We recommend adding it to flavored beverages or food to mask the strong mineral flavor. TAKE ON A FULL STOMACH. Do not refrigerate.
