For older children

1.Insert nozzle into nostril and squeeze bottle to release spray. Remove bottle from nostril before allowing the bottle to re-inflate. 2.Spray 1-2 times in each nostril. 3.Wipe nozzle clean after each use and replace safety cap.

1.Lie child on his or her back. 2.Tilt bottle upside down and allow drops to flow into the nostrils. 3.Wipe nozzle clean after each use and replace safety cap
