L-Carnitine is a dipeptide made up of two other essential amino acids L-Methionine and L-Lysine. It promotes energy and fat metabolism, and is found naturally in cells which use fat for energy. This formulation provides Free Form L-Carnitine to promote optimal absorption and assimilation.
