Bromelain is a mixture of proteolytic enzymes derived from the pineapple plant. It can reduce bruising and swelling, promote healing after trauma or surgery, and speed the resorption of hematomas.

Suggested Use As a dietary supplement Take 2 capsules one to three times daily or as recommended by your health professional. - Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
