One cup of flakes contains approximately 19 grams of elemental magnesium.

Directions Foot Bath Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Full Bath Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
