Suggested Usage: Take up to 4mL (0.8 tsp; 80 drops) daily, mix the drops into your beverage of choice at mealtimes spread throughout the day. Do not refrigerate. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the amount per serving.
