We highly recommend taking a 1 oz sip of water and hold it in your mouth, tilt head back and drop in the dry scoop powder, then swirl and swallow. Chase with 1-3 oz of water.
Suggested Usage: To dry scoop properly hold 1 oz sip of water in your mouth, then drop 1 level scoop in your mouth, swirl and swallow. Chase with 3-4 oz of water. Consume 20-30 minutes prior to workout. Note: Use product within 6 months after opening.
