Our red yeast rice is tested for Monacolin K and Citrinin content by a third-party laboratory where the resulting test must be reported as Not Detected prior to being manufactured. It also has not been sterilized using irradiation or ETO treatments and contains no animal products, such as meat or eggs, and no animal-derived ingredients or starting raw materials and qualifies as vegan. Finally, our red yeast rice is gluten free and non-GMO.
