A convenient measured dose will provide maximum benefits with each use. Individuals living in a dry climate or spending much of their time indoors with either central heating or air conditioning may find the Nasal Spray to be of use.

Directions Remove protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril. Adults, depress pump completely 2-3 times. For children (5 years of age and older), depress pump completely 1 time. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
