Directions Adults and children 12 or older Rinse with 20 ml 2/3 ounce for 30 seconds before brushing. Then spit out the excess. Follow with 3 minutes of brushing with a soft bristle toothbrush and toothpaste. Best results when used as part of regimen that includes brushing, flossing and an effective mouth rinse.
