The natural Dentist Healthy White Pre-Brush Rinse is scientifically formulated to whiten your teeth naturally and without bleach. It is alcohol-free and free of synthetic flavors and colors. Directions Adults and children 12 or older: Rinse with 20 ml (2/3 ounce) for 30 seconds before brushing. Then spit out the excess. Follow with 3 minutes of brushing with a soft bristle toothbrush and toothpaste. Best results when used as part of regimen that includes brushing, flossing and an effective mouth rinse.
