The spike lavender plant is tall and somewhat less hardy than other species of lavender. It grows well at the lower elevations and warmer climates of Spain and Portugal. Suggested Usage: Invigorating Massage: 4 drops spike lavender, 3 drops eucaluptus, 1 tbsp. grapeseed oil. Purify The Air: 3 drops each spike lavender and lemon, 4 drops frankincense in an electric diffuser.
