Children 1-2 years, up to 24 lbs take 1ml 3 times daily Children 3-6 years (24-48 lbs) take 1-2 ml 3 times daily Children 7-11 years (49-95 lbs) 2ml 3 times daily Children 12 years and older (over 95 lbs) 3ml 3-4 times daily.
