Directions For the most effective results, dissolve 1-3 cups into a warm bath or foot bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The temperature of the water should be warm 101 F to 105 F rather than hot for best absorption into the skin. After the bath, rinse skin with cool running water. Dab skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
