Wipe the face with a cotton pad soaked with Restorative Toner between every step, example Cleanse, rinse and tone, Peel, rinse and tone, Scrub, rinse and tone, Mask, rinse and tone, etc. After the final tone a day or night cream is applied. Restorative Toner is a fresh Arctic seaweed and vitamin toner with extracts of calendula and elderflower.

Directions After cleansing, moisten cotton ball or pad and apply with upward and outward strokes over face and throat.
