In the palaces of ancient India, specialized doctors called vaidyas combined herbs, flowers and spices into chai tea for the royal family. Our traditional recipe is a blend of rich rooibos, ginger root, licorice root, cinnamon bark, roasted chicory root, and cardamom seed.
Directions Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Flora Rooibos Chai and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or iced, this is a sublime thirst-quencher.
