Suggested Usage Adults 12 and over Take 4 tsp. 20 mL once daily. Take on an empty stomach, approx, 30 min before a meal. Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided. Liquid iron may in some instances cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.
