We prepare our adaptogenic Schisandra extract from the ripe berry of Certified Organic Schisandra chinensis vines. To assure optimal quality, we only use berries that have been graded as premium quality and are directly purchased from China. The herb is revered in traditional Chinese herbalism. It is often referred to as "five flavored spice" because it has five types of flavor (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, umami).
Suggested Usage: Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using. Adults: Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
