Serving Suggestions

• Uncooked Kombu is chewy until soaked or marinated. To tenderize, simmer in water 20 to 30 minutes
• As with all sea vegetable, use as a spice or herb
• Cook whole leaves with meat and poultry to tenderize
• Soften the leaves and use as a fish wrap for baking and steaming
