Directions Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using Xlear Sinus Care. Fill neti pot or sinus rinse bottle with warm purified or distilled water. Stir in one-half to one packet of Sinus Care solution. Follow instructions included with neti pot or rinse bottle.
